How can i make a backup on my stick before i flash it with new rom?

We would need some details. What stick, ROM do you currently have? Are you rooted.
Possibilities include
Carbon backup
Titanium backup
Petrus's appinjector

Well am in rickomagic thread så i must have a Rickomagic MK 802IIIS, and am sorry i just say stick about this.
I just want to know if can make backup with the flash SW, before i flash with a rom?
Right now i have 1.7 thats rooted no?Comment

If you are rooted then either- use the appinjector to create a backup of the apks (no data)
- use titanium backup and backup apps and data.
How ever you do this copy the backup off the stick then flash the new rom, and restore (with titanium you will need to re install)900Supersport
