MK802III doesn't boot at first try

Hi all.
I have to say that i'm very pleased with my RikoMagic MK802III with 4 gb, for a first android tv device.
I've been using the 2dark4you + bob rom version 1.7 to ug802 devices with no issue and very pleased with that work but at two nights ago i did a try on the rom from bob wich is the ug802 version 1.8 beautifull work by the way.

Now the only thing is that when i try to turn it on, it's really a nightmare.
I connect to the hdmi on the tv LG 42LM615S or on the LCD computer screen Asus 22" full hd and then i use a HTC ac power wich gives 1A or use the tower pc at home wich have always worked just fine, but the blue light only appears when i try to connect this severall times. Never turns on at first connection of power.

when trying to turn it on, i don't have any usb devices connected

Has anyone seen anything like this.

Your Problem is you need more Power ! Take a real 2A Power Supply than it will work.
We have many such error here and the most it is the Power Supply.

I thought that but it has been working fine the past days, only know with this new firmware i have this issue.

If i use two usb charger of 1A i will be given 2A to the MK. So if i connect one charger to the usb OTG and the other one to my usb/ethernet hub in wich i can also have a 1A charger all connect is a 2A sollution.

Guess what it doesn't boot also. No blue light....

went back to 2dark4you + finless 1.7 rom for ug802 and it's boting more times at first try than new rom 1.8 version.

I'll try the new 1.8 for mk808 or even the beta 2.0

Ater testing a few roms I realize that new roms tend to need more power. The funny of this is that if I let the mk off for a while when I try to boot him he goes ok.

now a little favour can anyone advice me some good USB charger above 2A so I can use the USB Ethernet adapter that also needs juice.

Hey Neo, i received my new usb charger with 3 A, and the MK is working like a rocket God, the power is essential to this boys....

Good, and yes, when i received my device it was a pain try to do anything with it, I can tell you only a word about it deception, Then I changed the stock PSU and everything works like a charm, seems a completely different device.

Folks and everyone, my mk last night did severall boots taking off the power and booting at first with no issues....
