How can I make my app autorun on boot and with out nav bottom bar?

I use BOB Finless 1.7 ROM, android 4.1.1.

Now I can replace default Launcher with app, But the nav bottom bar always exists even I set it auto hide in settings.
It seems that Finless Launcher hide it. Is there a way to make Finless Launcher execute my app on boot ?
Or Can I add some code to make the bar disapper ?

I downloaded an app called autostart and set it start xbmc on boot. I then set the bar to auto hide in the settings. Auto hide hides the bar everywhere except the launcher so if you set your launcher to an app, the bar won't hide.

If you use the autostart app and if you have the device mk802III or ug802 use the 1.8 rom with auto hide bottom bar.
