I cannot get this software to work. Windows 7 x64 and a Pipo M9 Pro WiFi tablet.

I have loaded the driver v 3.70 which is accepted and loads up nicely when I use the standard RKBatchTool to switch to flash mode. I have successfully loaded several different firmware versions using that tool although I did have to alter the config.ini file to read SUPPORTLOWUSB=TRUE as have many others.

The Rom_Flash_Tool_137.exe simply refuses to find the device.

There is no real indication as to why the Rom_Flash_Tool_137.exe does not work except a log entry with this line in it

Any suggestions would be welcome, this is so frustrating.

If it's not your USB cable or Tablet device then you should try other USB port on your PC. USB ver2 is a must. USB 3 won't do it.
