Where can I download firmware for this box Can`t seem to find it anywhere it has the S812 chipset 2g/8g round box

I went to there site here http://www.measy.com.cn/product/showproduct90_en.htm using this link i've provided,it states s805 not s812 from the manufacturer pageso it's maybe they are wrong or maybe they are right? But anyway i can't seem to find a rom(firmware file) from them,so maybe beg them via email for one in a way that is not "i'm going to need the file to mod it" attitude if that's the intention as they'd be unwilling in all likely if you said that,just say something like ""i'm thinking of returning it to you as it's black screening"as is usually a soft brick at that stage if it actually is then good luck with it,and if your lucky enough on either count of why you need the file or any other reason then they may just simply email a link to it for you,that' if they don't restrict them from the public to use at home incase of piracy as some companies take those measures with their roms.
