SPMC 14.2 with finless 1.1 Video playback screen small left hand top of screen

I recently upgraded to SPMC 14.2 from 14.1 and for some reason the video playback using the internal player shows videos about a third of their normal size located in the top left han corner.

All worked fine with 14.1 before the upgrade, unfortunately I cannot remember how I solved the problem in the first place

Strangely I recovered my system to an earlier date using TWRP recovery than reinstalled SPMC and full screen video playback again

Playstore ran some updates and video playback returned to the smaller size my suspicion falls on Superuser.

Should I go back to SPMC 13.4 as there are some issues of SPMC 14 not showing video correctly on Amlogic devices.

Or could the problem lie with Superuser app permissions

with a bit of experimenting I tried SPMC builds 14.1 and 14.2 Helix both had the small screen problem with 1080p playback.
Next 13.4 Gotham hooray full size playback screen
It looks like I will have to revert to back to 13.4 and then start from scratch as my addons data etc will not be compatible

Can you live with 720p? Because setting 720p output in android should fix the problem.
Or if you can live without android you could install kszaq's OpenELEC ROM (basically just kodi on a minimal linux).

I decided to go back to SPMC 13.4 and the backup from my rockchip mk808b

Unfortunately I fall into the 1080p addicts

I will check out the OpenELEC ROM

Apparently if you choose 1080p 50 Htz that also resolves the issue, however I have not tried it as I do not have the problem.

Thanks Ace I think that 50hz was already set when I configured Finless rom settings.

14.1 beta 1 is full screen. Have to search in the threads but you can find it.
Also https://github.com/koying/SPMC/issues/41 at the bottom. He was able to fix. this is 15.0 beta.....Koying is the man. I havent tested the newer ones. But link below i can confirm works flawlessly.
