Hi guys. I urgently need your help. I was going through my Instagram page when my tablet suddenly died. The battery was over 90% and all subsequent attempts to power it on has failed, even when I plug it to the charger it doesn't come on or show any sign of life. Please what do I do?

Have you tested to keep tablet pluged in charger for over 30 minutes? It may help. Then try to turn it on. Also you can test to connect tablet to the PC and see if the PC recognises the tablet. If it does then you can maybe flash new firmware with flash tool. -

I plugged it just like you advised and now it's powered on, thanks again.. But say, what could have caused such a sharp drop in battery percentage, considering it had over 90% this morning and how do I prevent a reoccurrence?Comment

When did you last time charged your tablet? Talk 9X has some issues with battery percent level and sometimes the percent lever freezes. It can show to you 90% but it can actually be 5%. If you enable Google Now it helps to the battery percent issue.Originally posted by fran6 View Post
If you did charged you tablet lately and it should have power left then there might be some issue with some app and it was causing huge power loss. If MTK device lose all power you end up same situation like you.Comment

It was fully charged yesterday and I barely used it until this morning. Although I noticed that NY this morning it had the same 99% it had all through yesterday evening which I attributed to me not using it.
But I've activated Google now and currently charging it till the battery fills. Thanks a million.Comment
