MeeGoPad is it the same specs as the Intel compute stick?

I want to start developing for the Intel stick but there is no stock or its not released yet.

Is this MeeGoPad the same CPU spec and same general spec? Is this like an intel reference board that these MeeGo guys have just made?

hmmm, I don't know what you want to develop, but if it isn't according to the hardware (and that's normally the case) you should be able use every device with x86...
