    pipo customer service

    has pipo got the worst customer service ?..... sent a tablet back as it had a speaker crackling problem straight out of box.... sent back to china from uk..... been sat at post office for 4 weeks now..... not a word from pipo when i ask if there going to return a tablet...... is this typical of just pipo...... because nagrace must be on there own with regards to proper customer service...... just noticed that pipo have stopped replying to there facebook page.... nothing after jan ?

    same for a friend of mine (I did it for him):
    sent a defective m6pro 3G(1 week of life) on January 2014 (paid 30€€ for shipping to China), arrived back to me on July 2014 (other 20€€ for shipping back to Italy): the item arrived with:
    - dust under the screen
    - power button broken
    - wifi not working
    - 3G antenna broken

    Really disappointed I wrote to Pipo customer care: they replied as follow:
    We will change your broken M6pro with a NEW P1, we will ship it to Italy with the fastest method.

    So this time I sent again back to china the broken m6pro (other 30€€ wasted) on november 2014, On February 2015 they said that they don't have any P1 or P9 to send me (LIAR!!!! they are currently selling these devices!!!!), then they could only send me a M8HD NO 3G (now an obsolete device). On April 2nd 2015 they shipped the m8HD to me.

    I'm almost sure that the m8HD will be not new (not yet arrived till now), it doen't have 3G (lower value than my old m6pro), they shipped it with singapore post ("fastest method"???? simply ridiculous)

    Never buy a Pipo device!
    Defective products, with poor build quality, unstable, bad soldered internal components, UNEXISTENT after sale support, and Anna Ye is a complete incompetent!

      Thanks, after my experience with my M9Pro I have wanted to say the same thing. I wouldn't have anything to do with pipo after that, and would rather go with unbranded stuff.

        to top it all i have a neww pipo p4 that wont charge... no doubt will have to send that back ?

          I have been close to pulling the trigger on a Pipo Windows TV box. After reading this sort of thing, here and elsewhere, I think I'll pass. Too bad, looked promising.

            Do not go there....Pipo customer service is worse then Dell /Alienware.....and I thought they were diabolical.

            I contacted Pipo....put up with the chinglish, hopingnthey understood my problem...I was very patient, few emails passed back and toward to clarify my problem, I even factory reset my phone as they said it will fix the problem ( even though I was 99.999% sure it wouldn't) and then they hit on The idea that I didn't buy it direct from them and it was not their problem, no matter what I said the same reply kept coming back!!!!

            There version of Android 4.2.2 does not have a Bluetooth tethering option in it!!!!!!

            'kin shite !!!! Never touch or recommending them again!!!
