    q7 stuck on android logo

    good morning
    i purchased this unit and somehow it stuck on the android logo , i did some reading what i understood i need a software that supports the device and also some instructions for dummies a step by step will be very helpful

        i am searching to learn about the firmware but i am confused how to choose the right file for my unit ? what factors do i look before i choose one? when do i upgrade the firmware? what is the reason of it?

          You have to know which pcb is inside your box to know which fw you can use

            pcba brand model is Q7V 8GB/2GB IL8, XT 20140919394XT will this help?
