mobile internet 3G, your experiences?

Hello everybody,
with the data SIM card (Eplus-Germany) I reach a maximum in the download 8Mbit / s upload 2Mbit / s.
The same SIM in the same place in smartphone Honor 6 achieved in the download 17MBit /s, upload 4Mbit /s.
Both displays show HSDPA +, but the Cube Talk 9x provides only half.
Are there any experiences of your hand with mobile internet speed in 3G, then how is the speed?
How high is the speed 3G in Cube Talk 9x?

Cube talk 9x is rated 21Mbit download. If I remember well upload speed is rated up to 7Mbit but I'm not sure.
I used 3G on my talk 9x last summer wothout any issue, I didn't test actual speed though.

21Mbit is okay, but I tested following, if I do my smartphone Huawei Honor 6 to Wlan-Tethering and hi send 15mbit, than recieves the Cube 14 Mbit, but when the the same SIM is in the Cube
is the speed 7-8 Mbit only, how can I improve it or what can I change or test in Cube, that hi receivs the 14-15 mbit too? Any ideas?
