Ok One last time, fingers crossed!

Go get the "Amlogic Tools + the u-boot.bin (352KB), File should be inside the amlogic_tools.rar* File.

      * You'll need either WinRAR (Shareware), or 7-zip (Freeware). to extract it!

      Once you extracted the Files:
      • burnBootcard.rar
      • u-boot.bin (~352KB) YOU NEED THIS ONE!
      • USB_Burning_Tool_v2.0.0.140306_Alpha_x86.rar
      • usb刷机工具说明.wps

You will need to also extract the Files from with in the "burnBootcard.rar, as well:
      • BootcardMaker.exe
      • langu.ini
      • u-boot.bin (~340KB) DO NOT USE!

So now open the BootcardMaker.exe which should bring up a Dalog Screen... Point this to your MicroSD Card, tick the "To partition, and Format" Box, and use the FIRST u-boot.bin File (e.g. the 352KB One!), and hit the Make Button! This will now format your MicroSD Card into (IIRC), three separate Partitions, One of which is home to the u-boot.bin you pointed to...

When that is done, you'll then need to copy paste some Files over to your MicroSD....
      • factory_update_param.aml
      • k200-OTA-<DATESTAMP>.zip File ← e.g. The actual Firmware Update File. IN ZIP Format!
      • recovery.img

These are the same Three Files that you can find in any SDCard update File Ex: 108k4, 109k4, 112k4 and the 114k4 (Beelink S82 Plus downgraded as a k200!), also now comes in an update.zip File.

To this you must also add in these additional Files:
      • u-boot.bin ← It'll be the same File you used to make your Boot Card... (i.e. 352KB!)
      • usb刷机工具说明.wps

From where you extracted the amlogic_tools.

With those Five Files, now on your placed on your MicroSD, after you've also used that Tool, to format the MicroSD Card. You should then insert this MicroSD Card into your Device.
Grab yourself an old Q-Tip with then end(s) striped off, and inert this up the AV Port of your "Device" to hit the Reset Switch located there.

Now comes the question... How does your "Device" actually enter Recovery?
I have my Box, and my Old Man... He has his Box as well, the both came from the same seller (IIRC), they're only about a moth apart I got mine first.
On my box I can depress the Reset Switch, and power up, and pretty much let the Reset Switch go at that time.
On my Dad's Box however you must hold the Reset Switch UNTIL IT HITS THE RECOVERY... Or, else it'll just continuing to boot up like normal

Ideally One should already have a good idea on how to enter One's recovery. But, its probably a good idea to understand that these Boxes might not operate identically to each other.

Either way assuming you've managed to build the correct Bootcard... You should then hopefully be greeted by Andy the Android, and a Flubber Bar, indicating that the Update.zip File is then currently installing.

darrenireland: I've done some digging 'round I suspect that the u-boot.bin File I was talking about... just might NOT be the One we needed for the S802 SoC. I've found a slightly larger One @368KB that came from Matricom, and was meant for their G Box Q... Another Amlogic S802 SoC Device. So chances are damned good that this One should work!

I've zipped up the needed stuff sans the actual Firmware... On my Google Drive
You can download the new recovery: Here

The institutions (i.e. HOWTO) remain the same as in Post #23

        Insert MicroSD into your PC
        Start BootcardMaker.exe
        Point to your MicroSD
Tick the Partition, and Format Box
point to the newer & larger u-boot.bin File
        Hit Make

Then copy the following Files to your newly formatted MicroSD:
        • factory_update_param.aml
        • k200-OTA-<DATESTAMP>.zip
        • recovery.img

From any valid Firmware... Plus the
        • u-boot.bin (386KB)
        • usb刷机工具说明.wps

        From my *.zip File

Insert that MicroSD into your Device. and turn it on... Unless I'm mistaken this should cause the Device to automatically enter the Recovery Mode and, then install your Firmware.
On the off chance... That it doesn't, then press & hold the Reset Switch for a moment while you power up the Device again.

Again it would be a good idea to remove this MicroSD after your done with it. So as to prevent it from recovering itself every time you power up.
It may also be a good idea to save that u-boot.bin File in case you ever need it again!

Tanks Joe. I had to get the box back from my brother in law and will try this tonight. I don't think its fixable at this stage but am willing to try!

I did the above steps and I went back to check on the MicroSD there is nothing there. Do I have to copy and paste the U-boot bin to the Micro SD card?
              Thanks.

                Thanks.
                1) Insert a SD Card / MicroSD Card (Reader) in your PC...
                2) Start BootcardMaker.exe (Right Click: RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR!)
                3) Point it towards your MicroSD Card... Ex: E:\
                4) Tick the "To Partition and Format" Box.
                5) Link to the u-boot.bin (From my Download)
                6) Hit Make (It should... If its working create a small Partition for the u-boot.bin File)
                7) When prompted format your MicroSD Card to create the other FAT32 Partition...

                Where you will then...

                8) Copy the Three Files from the update.zip to the MicroSD
                • factory_update_param.aml
                • k200-OTA-<DATESTAMP>.zip
                • recovery.img

                Along with the following
                • u-boot.bin

Then insert that MicroSD back into your Device, and power it up... It should then go straight into recovery, and then auto install the k200-OTA-<DATESTAMP>.zip
(a.k.a Your Firmware File!), for you. You'll not that with the presence of Andy the Android, and a Progress Bar at the bottom...

Assuming your NOT seeing this... You might have to resort to using the supplied AV Cable(s) e.g. the CVBS (e.g. Composite SD Video), until you can alter that though the proper settings again.

If you are anyone else here is failing in this... Have a look at this Youtube vid.
Which should give you some tips on how to manually build your own Boot Card... Just note he's using a MX2 Box, so you'll need to make sure you're using the correct Firmware(s), and the S802 u-boot.bin File...

He's also advising anyone who's stuck a a black screen, to continue holding the Reset Switch upwards of 3/4 of a Minute... Till it "hits"... In my experience... Thats a Box, to Box basis... Mine just seems to go as soon at it gets power... Others might have to press the Reset Switch....

The wost thing you can do is to give up.
