Just recently received a CS-Q8 A80.... I have created a xml file for Kodi to help with buffering. On my other box I installed it in ES explorer in Kodi folder, is it the same procedure on this unit.

Yes, I think it's the same at every box/system, you only have to know the right directory (spmc, xbmc, kodi, ...) ...RK3288 Devices
