Newest ROM for CS968 MTK Chipset

Anybody knows what is the newest ROM for our devices CS968 MTK V5 chipset, please post link here. I use September 2014 one and could not find newer.

Do you know if it is possbile to change kernel in that ROM using RKBatchTool, 1.37 and some of custom kernels.

Hi,
When I tried to download this Rom Baidu wants me to sign in(?). Do you have another link available? I hope this will work on a V3 board.
