Help needed to identify box please

Hi , I bought this box from ****, and the seller sent me a rom and I didn't bacj up the original rom, I cannot get wifi or Ethernet with it since the flash and the seller is ignoring me on ****, there is nothing to identify the board, one chip has rk1000-s the others are too small to see. the image I got sent had this file name "X6-4.4-jingying.img", sent because xbmc didn't function. this is the advert title, "CS918 Quad Core 4.2 Smart TV Box Player XBMC HDMI WiFi 1080P 2GB 8GB UK", I can't get into the details anymore, I have tried a couple of roms with no luck, this was a present for my son so I am annnoyed its advertised as the 2gb model any help greatly appreciated update found more info i forgot about, addeed extra pics, the image says 2gb but sticker on underside of PCB says 1gb! sticker on bix with support , the accounts stated do not work!

I don't know about which sticker you talk, but the 2GB could be a fake (via the kernel and swap) and the 1GB are the real physically existing ram...
The 2. picture is the picture which could help IF it would be a better quality, but I think I can read ZY_X6_V21 2014_09_20 at it, and this would be the information you need to find out if another rom exists...

thanks for the reply and info, the sicker I mentioned is on the underside of the pcb, sry I didn't make this clearer
I now have a nother problem the last flash I done failed, and now when I connect box with RKbatch tool it connects and disconnects will not stay connected, drivers are fine and I have tried another usb cable and usb outlet, but still no proper connection, any ideas?

I don't know if it will also help at this box, but I know the same situation at a rk3288 device and I handled it the way, that I began to flash at this short time windows where the connection exists and of course it crashed but after that the next time it doesn't lost the connection...

I restarted pc and tried again with the same thing, so I will using the 'MaskROM Mode' method
