sorry but i have bought a device today (MX III) and it doesn't start (the red light never changes to blue), any idea how to fix it ? (sorry also if this isn't the correct section).

Be honest here... Did you do something to the Box... Like trying to update the Firmware?
Nobody here is gonna hold it against you... Or report you to your Seller... So be honest!
If your still gonna insist on being innocent, and that this was somehow NOT your fault, then the only other possible explanation would be the Power Adapter.
In which case you will NEED to get in touch with whom ever you purchased the Device from to get that Part exchanged. Its a widely known issue that a good deal of these Adapters are a bit flaky.
So you hopefully won't have too much problems in sending it back.
Otherwise you'll need to unbrick the Device yourself, assuming you flashed a 2G Firmware on a 1G Box for example...
