Finless 2.0 beta rom for my MK802IIIS?

I find this rom all over the internet like e.g. here at touchscreen-apps.blogspot.nl even with a description how to install it onto my Rikomagic MK802IIIS.
Very strange that I don't find anything about it here at Freaktab. Can anybody explain it?

Have you tried the rom out? I am running Finless 1.7a for imito mx1/mx2 on my MK802IIIS and it works quite well. Not sure if I want to risk upgrading to something else.

I think because it's not officially for the MK802IIIS. You can run most ROMs on most devices, however you will loose WIFI (and BT).

Also in the post you link to it says the MK802IIIS uses a realtek WIFI chip, but i think that's the MK802III, the 'S' version uses mediatek WIFI and BT chips and for those there are no available drivers yet.
On the MK802III the ROM will probably work and if you load the 8188eu.ko module even the WIFI should work.

Hello,

I am the Devloper of the Custom Rom for the MK802IIIS.
The Finless Rom 4.2.2 run on your Device, but no W/Lan no Bluetooth.
We have not the Driver for the Mediathek Chips inside. First we need a Kernel for 4.2.2.
Then we can run it on this Stick.
