Is there way to clone x7 to new x7s?

I just got new x7s for family member and I find the dual boot useless.
Is there way to clone already set up x7 to the new x7s and get rid of all the dual boot crap?
I already got the windows 8.1 key out of the x7s

Yes, no Android, since I just don't see the point to have it on this device, clean windows only 18.5GB free space

Just create w8.1with Bing OEM USB drive, add to it in separate folder driver package FinlessBob posted here,
Plug it in
While booting press F7
Select the USB drive from list of devices and choose custom windows install when asked.
Delete all partitions except the 100MB windows temp partition, and then choose the chunk of empty space (about 29GB)
After it finishes install one by one all drivers in separate folders using .inf files
Do all windows updates
Windows should be activated by now, since the key is located in the bios.
