    Hello
    I have IXT-Q7-V11 2014-07-14 (1g/8g) R-Box running on android, I try connect the device to my PC but is imposible. I try with different pc and nothing. One pc has windows 7 and other xp. Unknown device. I try with release driverassistant and the same. Unknown device:Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) . please help me.

    Things to try.
    1.Make sure you use a USB2 port & not USB3 port
    2.Use the usb port at the back of your pc & not the ones on the front
    3.Try another usb lead some do not work (This could be your problem)
    4.Drivers sometimes they can be a nightmare, completely remove them & install them again

      Thank you for the answer. I am trying with a laptop windows7, lenovo G 50. I try with all different ports and unknown device.. And sorry all the time I am trying whith laptop. Regards

      And I have other device cs918 not detect nothing the lsptop( the same, unknown device)
