PIPO T9 Bluetooth tethering problem

Hi, I do not seem to have the option to enable Bluetooth internet tethering or sharing once my T9 has paired with my satnav - I know my Vodaphone network/contract allows this as it works on my old HTC desire c android phone.....on that phone there is an option to enable Bluetooth internet - this option seems to be missing on my newer Pipo T9 phablet?

Can anyone please help as I need this to work with my satnav before I tour Europe on my motorbike.
