CS918S problems after updating firmware

Hi All
I recently started having problems with my media players
i have two cs918S media players and a cple of days ago they started playing up, they would no longer output to hdmi, only to rca. I tried them on 3 different tvs with 3 different hdmi cables.
So i thought i would update the firmware, i used Phoenixsuite and all went well, they booted up no problem and output to hdmi, but when i install xbmc on either of them i get problems
The program starts fine but then wont connect to the internet or browse for any files. I have read on another forum page that it is probably due to the wrong firmware being installed and not installing apps to the proper memory
I tried 4 different versions in both players but all cause the same issue, i am not sure if i am just using the wrong firmware or if the boxes are fried.

The model according to the label on the back is CS918S ram 2gb rom 16gb, it doesnt have a camera
I just want to get them back to standard working order but i have no idea what firmware to install or where to get it

cs918S and Phoenixsuite are the keywords which shows me that you are at the wrong sub-forum because your box use an allwinner soc and not a rockchip soc...
I move you post to the right sub-forum

I used the rom from the thread and everything is working fine now [ROM Download] CS918S Allwinner A31s Quad Core TV BOX New Stock Firmware Release,add TV Launcher and pre-rooted
