Welcome screen woes

Hi all

Slight issue with the rom since flashing it, every boot we get the welcome spash screen and have to choose the default launcher every time but everything within android is remembering its settings.
I should note the welcome screen does actually remember settings such as screen size so its not like its resetting to default on boot

Is there a settings somewhere that is not turning a firstboot=1 to a 0 or somesuch that anyone might know of?

wow those pics came out small! I think you get the picture though, the 2nd one is the choose default launcher screen
