Which device on RK3288 is the best, so far? I mean the device, where most issues were resolved and have the best support. How about video stutter?

Some of the problems are related to the SDK (Software Development Kit) by rockchip so you will find it at nearly every device (e.g. problems at some AVR's at the moment, ... )...
If you have a look at the "forum-action" you will find out that the most action (also mods) is at the devices which using the Netxeon pcb (Beelink / UBOX / Tronsmart) but the latest stock roms are at the devices which uses the T-Chip pcb(s) (Ugoos UT3(s) / Nagrace HPH)...
So Ugoos UT3S isn't a bad choice...
