    PIPO T9 No Blutooth Tethering Option?

    Hi, I have a Pipo T9. its on Android 4.2.2. I can pair my Phone To My motorcycle tomtom Sat Nav but it will not give me the option on the phone to allow Bluetooth tethering?
    I have this option on my older android phone and so does my mate.?

    can anyone please, please help me as I need this to allow my satnav to connect to online services whilst i'm traveling (ie speed cameras live, traffic live, weather and also web search for places or points of interest etc on the road
