The included instructions indicate that if you press and hold the power button until the blue light flashes, the remote will be in a learning mode able to learn commands from other remotes. I does not indicate what keys are programmable. I did this and now the power button has no function in turning my G-Box Q on or off which it previously worked just fine in turning the box on and off. So two questions, what keys are programmable and how do you do a factory reset of the remote to get it back to stock out of the box?

Have you tried Matricom? I see they have a forum section on the G-Mouse. I don't own one of these boxes, so the following is a guess. Are the remote's batteries removable? If so, maybe removing them for 10-30 minutes will reset the remote. I hope you get it resolved.
