full backup of ug802?

i've been searching the forum and could not find how to perform a full backup (full of the ug802 and the internal sd also, so to have it ready if i wish to go back to 1.6 finless rom that i am happy with)

can anyone explain me how to do a full backup device and internal sd?

i see that the ug802 finless cwm recovery has an option backup img, and i assume it will do the job???
what will it backup though? also the internal sd?
