problem with rkflashtool

    problem with rkflashtool

    Hello!

    I'm trying to flash my rom with RkFlashKit, but the menu NAND seems like disabled. I've deleted all partitions.
    I attach here a screenshot.

    What is my problem? How i can fix it?

    I don't know, I'm not working at Linux (and I think we talk about Linux?), but the first idea I got was if you also tried to do it with su /sudo rights?

      Hi!
      Now i'm using windows. I attach here two screenshots:
      - The first is with RockChip Flash Tool 1.6.
      - The second is with RkTool Android.

      From what i've understood, in the second screenshot, i've to see the partition of my device. But the window is black.
      In the first i've a strange error.

      How i can fix this?

        I don't use BatchTool, so I'm not sure, but maybe you have to use [Upgrade] instead of [Restore], also I'm not sure about the effect that your device is at maskmode...
