HELP Please - MK808B

I just got this Smart TV stick but the stock Apps that came with it can't connect to the internet saying i have connection issues but the fact is i do not. The only App that can use the internet is the Internet Browsers. What is going on? I have full Signal bar aswell. None of the stock apps seem to work.

Kernel Version: 3.0.36
Build: Mk808B_v40lj2

What is the Solution? Do i need to update something? or Mod something to make it work? Please help?

One more Question. How come in the default games, it says it can't find my controller? how do i make it work?

There is a section in forum about games and controllers, maybe if you ask it there more people can tell you, and some useful threads there.
