Slow network after latest driver update from Microsoft

Yesterday updated optional update for realtek wifi via windows. Internet speed dropped drastically. Max 10mbps (from 80~90mbps). Is it the settings problem or the new driver? Prefer to fiddle more under the advanced tab but no reference on this settings before reverting to the old driver..
Any help is appreciated..

You can reverse the driver

Rolled back the previous version driver and everything is back to normal. So don't update to the latest version. Thank you all.
