MK808B Plus - Clone (EC-Mk808B)

I recently purchased this device (Clone MK808B Plus) - EC-MK808B.
I managed to root this device but I am facing one issue - Playstore on this device is very restricted - it shows very limited apps in search results though I can install apps manually. Is there any way to sort out this problem? I tried to edit build.prop file (as Finless provided in his 1.1 rom) but that also didn't help.

Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

BTW: For everyone's convenience I will write down the steps to easily root the rom. Hope this method applies to any Amlogic device:

1. Download following 2 files and copy them to your sdcard (dont create any folders on your sdcard- copy files on the root)
a. recovery.img (twrp): https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNQ...p=docslist_api
b. Supersu.apk: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNQ...p=docslist_api
2. Insert sdcard into sd card slot of the device. Boot your device normally.
3. Browse to apps -> Upgrade. Select files from local drive and then select Supersu zip package.
4. Device will boot into custom recovery (TWRP) placed on sdcard and supersu will be installed.
5. You have a fully rooted device now.

Maybe you can try to sideload Market Helper http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2146216
It changes the way Playstore identifies your device.
btw, Thanks for the rooting method I'll try it tonight. Let me know if Market Helper works for you.
