Which android box should I buy?

I'm a little confused with this whole thing, I have cx919 android stick and I want to get something better, I'm using kodi and mostly playing hd movies from an external hdd.
Browsing and gaming are kinda lame in the cx919 so I'm not using it, but I would like to.
Now I got a little confused with the different models.out there, the minix neo x8-h plus, the tronsmart draco aw80, the tronsmart orion r28 with rk3228 cpu or to wait for rk3368 models.
I'm really lost here, but I know that I'm looking for something with a long lasting support and updates, and yes performance and high video quality ( don't really care for 4k and 60 fps since my tv doesn't support it),but I do care for high audio quality through spdif/optical exit.
Would really appreciate your help here, Thank you.

Im in the same boat as you,. Found this site. to learn more ask questions and get great advice....... I am wanting a stream Box Also. SO what do you guys recommend ???

I just bought the minix 8x-h plus, By what I saw rockchips aren't getting much love here due to lack of support and updates.
By reviews I've seen it plays anything you throw on it, It doesn't get high score as other boxes but it works smoothly.
Will update as soon as I get it.

I Know several tv box brands, minix beelink tronsmart, Tronfy, a new brand, I bumped into it on Amazon, 4K,and installed with Kodi.
