Sharp and Samsung TVs not Recognizing MXIII

    Hi Guys,

I'm new here to the forum and I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer. I'm selling some MXIII boxes (Netxeon S802 2G, 8G), and a couple of customers have called and say their TV is giving a message that it's an incompatible device, or the device won't work with their tv. In both cases the customers had Roku working.

Anyone have any insight why this box may be "incompatible"?

    Thanks
    High Desert Charlie

The only thing I could imaging is that the Boxes are either stuck in SD Mode... (Simple fix would be to use the AV Cables until they get to the Desktop (Home Screen), and then set up the options from their.
Or that the Boxes are consequently set too high 4K on a non-4k System. Again using the AV Cable I think should clear it.

Every unit was tested and setup prior to packaging by me. Every unit was setup for 1080p resolution. Each of the customers who have contacted me have televisions with 1080p resolution.
I have read in other forums that some LG TVs didn't work right with MXIII boards, but they were able to see flashing pictures. In this case, the TVs are saying the device is not compatible.

Mack, I think you posted the above comment in the wrong thread.
