    Inaccurate battery status - u65gt

Is there a fix for this please? Frequently it gets stuck at around 70% and then when I need to use it I find it completely dead. I have already tried charging it from a completely dead state and leaving it to charge for about ten hours but still no joy. I seem to remember someone mentioning that installing Google launcher might help? Which baffles me really!

    Thanks!

I 'm that "someone" who found that "bizarre solution" few months ago when I was on the similar situation like you are now.
Is not really needed Google Launcher. Can be replaced with an app (your choice here) who wake tablet from deep sleep at ~ 40 min. Google Launcher is designed to do that naturally and is more easy to use.
Some email specific apps like K9Mail, Aqua Mail, etc should be enough ...with an sync time set to trigger at every 30 min. for only one mail account.
Dissavantage is that your screen on time (SOT) ...will be slightly reduced. Look at what you can get now with tablet without this "finding" and compare with what you"ll see after that under Settings/Battery/Screen with after a pretty similar usage pattern.
In my opinion Deep Sleep is what causing troubles and tablet must be triggered to wake by sync or some task at every 30 -40 min.
        Cheers, Edy.
