Pipo P9 Brick ?

Hello at all,
I will trying the Post in English, but my English is not so good ...
I have in the past many devices flashed DBOX2 Nexus and Samsung Phones and never problems with it.
Now i would be flashin my PIPO Device. I've downloaded all files and read the manual from riley. I've installed the correct driver for my OS (Win7 64bit)
And i've seen the icon withe Rokchip USB in the systray of my pc
I've been lower format of the Android Tool (Success)
an then i clicked on RUN
Thereafter my device show the image (bottom of this thread) and go in a bootloop
Have i any chance my device flashing withe an android ???
Or is this a case for Trash ?
