FYI If you are in the US, be very careful with the so called "Free" TV, movies, etc. That can lead to some very expensive legal troubles, possibly even jail.
While there are some services that offer legitimate free content, like Hulu, many of the "plugins" allow for the delivery of pirated content. Whoever's name is connected to the ISP may be held, criminally and civily responsible. Not trying to be scary, just thought you should be aware of it.

Only true for p2p addons. Making copyright material available is a civil offence. Making profit is criminal. No one has ever been convicted of downloading alone, only people who download using torrents, as it also seeds and makes the files available.

Also, I recommend the tronsmart mxiii. Most reliable and gets updates. Works great, and is like $65ish dollars. Make sure its 2gb version, more ram and 5g WiFi.

I am also in the market for a tv box and am very glad to see a thread like this one as it is very confusing to choose! My question is does the ROM that comes with the tronsmart mxiii have a lot of "extra" crap built in and does it use Kodi and come with preconfigured plugins? Any info is appreciated!
