Where can a find this tv launcher for my tv box ?

Where can i find this launcher to install on my cmx AML8726 MX2 andriod 4.2 tv box ?
This launcher is on all new boxes , try to find some apk with it on , but cant get to work ..
Or any other simular thts good , becuse there is no on on my box , just the ordinary desktop..
