You realise Windows 10 IoT has no GUI and is not a Windows like experiance right? AKA no Windows programs will work on it.
Your best bet is to buy an Intel Stick which can actually run Windows, expect to pay a premuim however.Currently Using:

imagine you can run widows (with a gui ) on the pi. he he it would take 2 hours to boot up.
