Cannot Restore because usb always disconnect

Hi,

I am newbie,
i already try to restore using RKBatchTool--1.7 and using image

http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/wasser-2.0.3-neox7.7z

i am succecded to launch this firmware,
but after i tried to restore back to the official firmware at minix
using http://www.minix.com.hk/firmware/NEO_X7_20140101.rar

the restore failed to complete, and the device had been disconnect suddenly from my PC.
and i tried to connect the minix device, device connected only for few seconds.
i'll try unplug the power and the USB many times, but still only connected for few seconds.

so what i have to do ?

any solution for this issue ?

thank you for your response,
if i read the topic you share, the problem wasnot similar,
cause i already got the green box on RKBatchTool--1.7,
but somehow less than 8 seconds, my minix device disconected from my PC
before i doing any action to the minix device.

but however thak you for your response again and i already did the trick but still same as before

so any solution for this issue

Seems I remember seeing a similar problem for some on the rk3288 boxes. Not sure it will be helpful, but Iwill try to find it tomorrow, got to get some sleep. Hopefully someone with experience on your box will offer a solution.

Hi RISCy Dude,

i already manage to flash the device,
I re-flash my minix device with my two finger on plugin to my device without release even only one second
(only keeping pressed over on/off button maybe still help too)

and voila re-flash done
