new cs918 box, hmdi issues

i have a small hdmi network! it consists of a switch and a splitter! all my devices are plugged in to the switch (neet 5way switch) and the switch to the splitter to feed two tvs!


however the cs918 i recived yesterday doesnt work with the neet set up! is there anything i can do??

Try a different resolution/refresh rate on the device, also see if using a power supply for the switches/splitter helps. Often they have the socket for one, but don't include an actual power adapter in the package.

both the switch and the splitter are powerd! i will try different output modes however inhave already tried one or two, the switch doesnt evan detect the tv box!

Maybe start off at 720 (or even 576/480 if the device supports it) in HDMI, with a direct connection. Then insert the spliiter/switch set up. If you can get an image up at one resolution, you can then exerpiment with 24/50/60 Hz at that resolution, and try a step higher. If they fail to display anything, you normally can just press nothing for 10/15 and the device will revert to the previous mode.
