I've bought my first android TV box, it's a OTT m8. It has android 4.4.2 preinstalled. I've set up fusion source on Xbmc and I've got a decent amount of addons but any video I played had no picture but sound was good so from googling i read I had to turn of hardware acceleration. This gave me video but it's very laggy, it's unwatchable. I have fibre connection so should be perfect.
What do I need to do, do I perhaps need to update my version of Xbmc or add a custom rom of some sort
