Hi,There is a firmware address,but the address is on the china internet,I can't sure you can download it or not.
If you want the SDK,please let me know,I hope more people can join us to develop it.

If SDK is updated with latest patches from allwinner and realy usable OK.
And possible complete and updated H3 manual.
Would be nice.
