Power supply for the Pipo X7/8?

I am trying to find a power supply for the Pipo X8 for Canada. This would be a 12v one with at least 2.4A ( so 30 watts or up). The problem is getting one with a barrel connector that fits ( the round tip that plugs into the unit). Does anyone know of a power supply, perhaps a universal power supply, that will work and can be ordered from Canada. The power adapter that came with the Pipo X8 works fine but is not certified for use in Canada/US or Europe in the sense that it does not have the CSA/UL/CE certification.

Finally, a power supply from a Drobo v1 NAS works great. Right plug, polarity, voltage and safety certified
