MXIII S802C 2GB Ram with AP6234 wifi (Rom Help)

Have 2 of this exact Model from a seller in China.

1 set : Tired flashing with all possible rom of MXIII, but none had the Wifi working. (tired 7 different rom of MXIII)
1 set : Stock Rom and the Wifi works well

I have also search all possible forums to look for answers regards this model of MXIII but no solution is found. (I did see several other people facing the same problem)

Tired contacting the seller for the stock rom but seller is not replying.

The set with the stock rom has 2.4Ghz and 5GHz wifi working well.

Can someone guide me in the right direct on how to extract the stock rom and flash it over to the other set?
I have tried to play with TWRP but just could not get it and I do not understand exactly where went wrong.

Flashing Rom is simple for me as long as there are step by step instructions for me to follow (I am really good at following instructions)

Some one posted the stock rom at another forum, not sure if it works cause i do not have access to the box currently.

Maybe you can try it out.
