Have your device a reset button?
Did you install the drivers to flash? They can be found in all Finless roms.
If your device have a reset button I can try to help you explaining the steps

                    Hi,

it seems we have custom ROM for this device, here on Freaktab.

It looks like this device is Ditter U16 with alternative names "Jesurun Mk819", "Reko MK819", "UG008B", "Unuiga U10".

I'm still waiting for my device so can't help more than that.

I'm going to tag "MTB028" name as another fork of this hardware, together with

Ditter U16, "Jesurun Mk819", "Reko MK819", "UG008B", "Unuiga U10". Slight differences in the hardware is possible so don't just flash any firmware on any device yet..

Be great if everyone who has one of these devices could open them up and list the chips inside.

I have a UG008B from geekbuying, hardware as follows

                          Video Output - Rockchip RK1000-s
                          WIFI - MediaTek MT5931SA
