You can hard reset the device. Let me know if you can do it or not.

I think no one has tried yet to install CWM. Is there a way to unlock the bootloader? By the way, is your dumped ROM with the 3G version? Thanks.

If the unit can not upgrade or restore the original stock firmware.
I think you have to erase the memory of the device.

I have a mecer S71-0G which has a motherboard (S71_V10 20130108) with a Rockchip 3066 and it is bricked. I have tried hard reset by holding reset and power and pushing in usb both with and without battery and still no response . I have tried clearing the NAND by shorting pins 5-6 and 7-8 at power-up without success. I have managed to get the Rockusb Device driver working (Fuzhou Rockchip Version 3.0.0.0) and using RKAndroidTool v1.35 to EraseIDB, but any attempts to restore a firmware image gives me "Prepare IDB Fail".
              Any suggestions?
I'm not sure how the device failed. It just seemed to stop rebooting one day.
