    Nice box

Do you perhaps know more about
Codecs: h264 8-bit or maybe 10-bit also(don't know of any other 10-bit h264 at the moment)
h265 8-bit only or 10-bit video playback also
Wifi: Will there be external antenna
Maybe post Antutu Benchmark & Antutu Video Tester Benchmark?

AZW I should be getting one soon for testing. Can you give a link to the latest firmware for this box? I will be getting the cheaper option with 2.4G

I´ve got the 2GB Ram Version from itechheaven.co.uk

Wifi is more or less useless on this thing! Under 3mb/sek. is totally lame! LAN-Access is under 8mb/sec but steady did not have any problem so far. But this is a little bit disappointing too.
People keep crying for gigabit-Lan ports. For what? Not even the installed 100mbit-Lan is used to the max.

That means we will not be able to stream original 4K BDs as they AT LEAST can have 82mbit !!!

                EDIT:
                Did a second Test...a longer one....Download-Speed for a 2GB File from my NAS (DS1512+ !) averages at about 8,4Mb/sec = 67mbit.
Wlan this time was a bit faster too, but again clearly under 3mb/sec. 2,85MB/sec. = 23Mbit. (Wifi strength is at 97% !!!!!)

My 2GB Ram version should have 2,4Ghz AND 5Ghz Wlan....but my AVM Wlan tool only shows 2,4Ghz..
Will have to ask itechheaven why 5Ghz is missing?!

Device is pretty much a disappointment right now. Problems! A LOT! Playback with MX Player is bumpy as hell and so I wasn´t able to view a single episode of Grey´s Anatomy (1080p) from my NAS.
I´ll check if it´s not file related but I really don´t think so! That would have to be one big coincedence.
                    A S82B Box with a AmLogic 802 works like a charm here.
Possibly it´s just too early to buy this delive. And since Rockchip had such a horrible support history I´ll most probably will have to return this thing.

                    Wifi 5Ghz Band - MISSING!
Wifi 2,4Ghz is stable, effing slow as reported and did NEVER EVER connect in Wifi N mode. 65Mbit and that´s it!
Playback is horrible: Mostly Video freezes and sound goes on. Can´t repair it at that point. You have to restart MX player to get back to a working playback. I do remember it even once freezing completely but was able to leave MX Player without no problem so no complete device lock up or something. This is just my experience of 2 days with this device.
One thing really pisses me off....this device has no Power-Menu. So you have only two "modi operandi" once that thing is switched on from power off. "Standy By" or "ON". There is no restard or Power Off.
You have to unplug the power adapter to get this thing off.

today 2 more episodes grey´s anatomy and not a single problem?! Worked as I suppose it to do.
Did not mention it before...the device (ROM) has nbo special launcher. just the normal lollipop launcher is present. this means there is no easy access to display settings or audio settings.
But this is no big drawback. from some point of view this can be an advantage. You can setup your launcher window exactly the way you like it. Audio settings and video settings have to be done "manually" in the pure android settings menu. I like it that way. easy to understand and equaly easily set exactly as i want it. And the settings take instant effect. they work! audio pass through via hdmi works flawlessly!
I couldn´t find any hdmi-cec settings and the device does not behave like cec would work. so i´d say this device has no hdmi-cec.

                            Hi I have I68 box
the processor speed (RK3368 64bits Octa core Cortex A53) is up to 1,2 Ghz. Is there a way to speed up (overclock cpu) to stock rockchip 1.5 GHz ???

                            I68 is great but:
                            - Youtube player max 720p ( I use OGYoutube to skip this limitation)
-did anybody use miracast ? (I want to send my phone screen to tv through i68 (as miracast reciver)
                            - When I watch YT, od other movie no mather what player ( MX Player) i got annoing freezes of screen and sound loops for about a second (buzzing sound). (CPU load is normal)
Could you fix this in new firmware ??
Where is official firmware download site ?

                              Hi all
                              nice to be here
I have just bought an I68 box, first impressions are that stock it's buggy, not sure if linked to
kodi version (running 15.2 or 16)
i get lockups when trying to install repo's/addons, going to try kodi 14.2 and see if more stable
I'm doing factory reset before each kodi install
Q1. what roms (custom/stock) can this box use/support?
Q2. Am i right that any rk3368 rom can be installed to an I68?
Q3. Is the I68 just a copy of a tronsmart box?
i'll say thanks in advance, for all the great info i've already received
