No Office 365 installed

Hello,

I just bought a second Pipo X7 (yes they are great so why not have 2 ;-))
The first one came with Office 365 preinstalled and ready to use. But the second one I bought doesn't have it. Does anybody has the same problem and maybe resolution?

Funny.. I have purchased both an X7S & X8. The X7S did not have Office 365, but the X8 does. Go figure.
