Selection of two cheap 4K TVBOX, Beelink X2 or Tronfy X2?

Just like the title of thread said, how to make a selection between two affordable 4K tvboxes, I think it's not easy to do this. What differences between them and what should we focus on when we make selection. Let's have a discussion.

First, we need to know the specifications of them are almost the same, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, Mali400MP2 GPU, Cortex-A7 Quad-core CPU and Android 4.4 OS, so maybe we don't need to compare these features

The beelink X2, which has released for several weeks, it is the cheaper one in these two boxes, about $11 cheaper, maybe you can choose it to save some money.

The Tronfy X2 just released recently, which goes for $45.99, but its advantage is the fully loaded kodi, which can save your time to download the plug in, so you can say it is a convenient choice.

In conclusion, which one you will select will according to that is it worth to use $11 to buy your time which you don't need to use it to search and download plug in from kodi.

    What selection you will do?

Choose the beelink X2, because it's cheaper & the two boxes look very much alike, I think they are the same.

The boxes are essentially the same.

The X2 also comes with a whole load of repos pre-installed for you to add what you want.

With things such as TVMC making it a 5 minute job to add a whole host of addons, I'd save the $11 and go for the Beelink X2.

However, a more key point is what kind of after sales support you will get with each box.

Bear in mind that whilst the Beelink is matched to the box as a brand, there is no actual Beelink product of this name, so don't be fooled by that.

Looking on the Tronfy website, there seems no mention of it there either.

If you are prepared to spend the money on the Tronfly then also consider the Zidoo X1.

It can be had around the same price with a coupon.

It doesn't have SPDIF but the product is officially supported and they do provide service and their very own support forum.

That may add to the true value of an X1 as opposed to the others that may have very little support, especially in the medium term.

I would go for Tronfy, I don't want to waste a bunch of time in choosing the apps. and they may not be installed for some errors, and i really want to try the new brand Tronfy.

All the addons are installed at once, so no wasting of time and will have been tested by a site that provides them.

So the more important thing you will consider is the price

Same idea with you, but I still need to admit that $11 cheaper is attractive

Yes, because the two boxes are same, only some branding on the box is different.
