VOYO Mini PC failed Windows 10 ugrade

After upgarding to windows 10 it stopped to boot (this one http://www.gearbest.com/tv-box/pp_142338.html)
I was trying to reinstall windows from flash drive, but unfortunately I can not find a way to boot from USB falsh drive to start installation.
I could not even access the bios, what should I press to enter BIOS (F2, F7, F8, Del, Home do not work)?
The plan is to format internal drive and remove all prtitions and install fresh copy of windows on it.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Tapping Delete key should enter Bios easy
F7 with your image set up with rufus also should work

Thanks for reply. "F7 with an image set" menaing what? After power on F7 makes it boot from USB drive? Tryed sevral times with F7 and Del, bot still not BIOS or other boot options...
Can you write more detailed instruction, how to do it?

Soon as power on start tapping Del key should get into bios.

If you create a Bootable USB with Win10 ISO and Rufus,
Plug that into Voyo tapping F7 at power on should get small boot menu, point to USB you just created.

I managed to enter the BIOS with Esc key on start (not Del), but F7 doesen't seem to do enything, in BIOS there is no otions to boot from USB, only Windows, Android and Internal EFI (which is not usable unless you know the commands)...
Probably we have different devices. Really need to boot from USB, still not success with it.

F7 to small boot screen, boot form USB drive.

No, unfortunately not, the screenshot is made from BIOS, I couldn't find enything like you have with F7 boot menu...
Which USB port you use to boot?

From any usb port that I point to with F7

No luck getting into BIOS with delete key,
Someone may see this and be able to help sorry.

I already did, but somehow it went erong, now I'm stuck... Also I would like to remove all partitions, cause somehow it has several partitions there, which I do not need and Windows is on a last one, and doesen't let to merge them.

Ok yes I just re read, your post.
I think they may have enabled fast boot on your VOYO and I recall it disables keyboard on boot (or something like that) so you can't use delete key.
You can get to Bios thru Windows but if you Windows is broken you need more than glass..
