Real 4K hdmi output

Hi!

I am collecting experiences about devices with real 4K hdmi output. A bit short time ago some user said these devices can not output 4K.

But nowadays I read quite a lot that some tv players can make 4K hdmi output. Some already have hdmi 2.0 ports.

So what is the truth? Does anyone tried 4k devices on a 4k tv at 4k resolution?

Most deviced have a Android Gui/Ui limited to kernel used.. in most cases 720/1080
If you look at the specs..it says most video codecs are limited to 1080.. for the exception of h265
So.. is this true 4k..?
